How do I submit my design?

Email your design in PDF format to info@guardiansyoutharts.org before the deadline of November 25th.

Who can enter the contest?

Anyone who is a Guardians Drum & Bugle Corps alumnus or supporter is welcome to submit a design.

What are the design guidelines?

Be creative, original, and represent the Guardians spirit! There are no strict limits — just keep designs in good taste and appropriate for all audiences.

What if my design skills aren’t that good?

Don’t worry — this contest is all about creativity and spirit, not just professional design ability! You don’t need to be a graphic designer to participate. What matters most is your idea and how it represents the Guardians’ pride, history, and community.

Can I use the Guardians logo in my design?

Yes, but it must be used respectfully and not creating misleading versions.

By submitting a design to the Guardians Alumni T-Shirt Design Contest, you acknowledge and agree that all submitted materials become the property of Guardians Drum & Bugle Corps (Guardians DBC) and may be used, reproduced, or modified for promotional and commercial purposes without additional compensation. Submission does not guarantee selection or use of your design.

Personal information provided through this contest or related interest forms will be kept confidential and will not be disclosed to anyone outside of Guardians DBC. Information may be used solely for official communication, contest administration, and organizational updates.

Participation in this contest constitutes your agreement to these terms and the decisions of Guardians DBC, which are final.
