Meet Our Administrative Team

Bill Greenberg
serves as the Corps Director for the Guardians Drum and Bugle Corps, where he leads with a deep commitment to music education, youth development, and the marching arts. With a background in music education & leadership, Bill is dedicated to fostering an environment of excellence, teamwork, and personal growth—continuing the Guardians’ mission to inspire and shape the next generation of performers across Texas and beyond.

Natalie Wilson
is the Assistant Corps Director for the Guardians Drum and Bugle Corps, helping lead program operations and support for members. With a background in music education & performance, she is dedicated to fostering an environment of excellence, teamwork, and growth, helping the Guardians inspire and shape the next generation of performers.

Cordy Collins
serves as the Director of Design and Education for the Guardians Drum and Bugle Corps, overseeing show design, instructional programming, and member development. With experience in music, visual design, performance, he is dedicated to creating engaging, high-quality programs that foster musical growth, teamwork, and leadership among all performers.

Houston Staveley
is the Quartermaster and Transport Manager for the Guardians Drum and Bugle Corps, overseeing equipment, logistics, and transportation for the organization. With a strong background in operations, he ensures that members and staff have the resources and support needed to perform at their best, both on and off the field.

Antonio Williams
is the Volunteer Coordinator for the Guardians Drum and Bugle Corps, overseeing volunteer coordination and support for the organization’s events and summer tour. An IT professional by trade and a former marching member of the Mauraders DBC who spent two summers in drum corps during the 1990s, he brings firsthand experience to the role. He works to ensure volunteers, members, and staff have the resources and support needed to perform at their best, both on and off the field.
